How to setup:

Unfold the pole completely and then concect the three segments.

Hold the segment with one hand and use your other hand to pull upwards on the handle until your hear a click and the silver colored lock button pops out.

Release black lever lock to adjust the trekking pole to your desired height. Do not exceed the area marked STOP.

Secure the pole by using the adjustment screw ring and closing the black lever lock.

To collapse the pole, place your thumb on the silver lock button and push firmly until it releases.
